As a pediatric dentist, nothing makes Dr. Bryce happier than showing a child that dentistry is nothing to be afraid of. Helping anxious patients get through their procedures with smiles on their faces is always rewarding. Dr. Bryce deeply enjoys getting to know families and watching little ones grow and thrive as the years go by. Before you meet him in person, you can learn a little more about Dr. Bryce below.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Pediatric Dentist?
“I originally owned a general dental office in Utah, and after a few months of running my own dental office, I quickly realized my favorite patients of the day were kids. I immediately sold my dental office, applied for a pediatric residency, and went back to school to focus on the area of dentistry I enjoyed most. Being a kid at heart, pediatric dentistry felt like a great fit for me.”
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
After earning his undergraduate degree from Utah State University, Dr. Bryce received his general dentistry training at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, graduating with honors. He then completed a pediatric residency at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, which is nationally recognized as one of the top 5 pediatric residencies in the country.
Dr. Bryce comes with 15 years of experience, but his education has never truly stopped. He regularly takes continuing education and stays on top of the latest breakthroughs in dentistry through his memberships in the:
- American Dental Association
- Nebraska Dental Association
- American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
- American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (Diplomate)
- Omaha District Dental Society
- Nebraska Society of Pediatric Dentistry
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Bryce spends the majority of his free time with his family attending as many sporting events as possible. He, and his wife Traci, have three children as well as a puppy named Mozzie who is spoiled rotten. Dr. Bryce enjoys the time he spends helping with his church's youth program, hunting, fishing, and golfing.
