Giving You Care the Moment You Arrive
Making the first appointment a pleasant and productive one is very important to Dr. Bryce and the team at Surf’s Up Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment you walk through our dental office doors, you’ll be met with a kind greeting and introduction to help you and your child get quickly acquainted with the dental office. Below, you’ll find everything that you need to get your family members started as new patients, including forms, financing and more.
Your First Dental Visit
As you enter our dental office, we’ll greet you and ask that you check in if you have not done so already. In the meantime, your child can be entertained by our waiting room’s many activities. After a very brief wait, you’ll be walked back to one of our dental chairs. Your child will have their picture taken as well as their teeth examined. If they are old enough, they will also receive digital X-rays and a cleaning. You’ll be introduced to Dr. Bryce soon after, who will ask you questions about your child’s dental needs and potential treatments that may be needed. Your child will leave with a fun prize and you will leave with dental educational material.

A great way to simplify your first visit is to complete essential new patient forms BEFORE you arrive. For your convenience, there are electronic and printable versions.

Don’t have a dental insurance plan at this time? Got a plan that isn’t offering as much coverage as you hoped? Third-party financing can make pediatric dental services affordable even on a tight budget. After getting approved, you can make monthly payments on your child’s treatments over a longer period of time, typically with little to zero interest attached.
